I am looking at the sky, at all the ancient stars and the photons from those stars may have travelled for thousands of light years to get to me. When those photons strike my retina it alters the molecules, converts to energy, and becomes a part of me. Every time I look at the night sky I am taking in a little more of the heavens, no matter how slight.
